We believe in plain, open pricing with no unexpected extras. Every quote we give is based on your pool dimensions, filtration setup, and the agreed scope of work.

1. How prices are set
Initial prices are confirmed after a phone consultation or site review. Our quote outlines the labour, diagnostic time, and routine consumable chemicals. Any major replacement parts such as pumps or heating components are quoted separately in advance for your approval.
2. Payment methods
We take cash on hand once the pool is cleared or an electronic bank transfer against invoice. This website never asks for or stores card numbers.

3. Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically upon completion of the visit or agreed service stage. Payment terms are due within 7 days of invoice date, payable directly to our business bank account stated on the bill.
4. Deposits and materials
For standard valeting visits no deposit is requested. For plant room rebuilds or extensive equipment replacements exceeding 600 pounds, a 30 percent deposit is required to order components before work begins.
5. Late payment
Invoices outstanding past 14 days without prior arrangement may incur a 15 pound administration charge and service visits will be paused until settlement.
