Before you book
How do I schedule a regular pool cleaning visit?
You can send an enquiry online or phone our office before our 11:30 route cut-off on weekdays. We will discuss your pool size and filtration type, then assign a convenient weekly or fortnightly slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments strictly by bank transfer and cash on completion. Once our engineer finishes the work and provides your service log, an itemised invoice is issued with our bank details.
What is your return policy on replacement parts?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for unused replacement components in their original, undamaged packaging. Uninstalled pump baskets, valves, and gauges can be returned for a direct refund via bank transfer.
Do I need to be present while the engineer cleans the pool?
No. Many clients provide side-gate access and plant room keys. Our technician carries out the complete service, secures the property upon leaving, and leaves the completed service sheet in the plant room.
