Do I need to be home when you service the pool?
No, as long as we have clear garden side-gate access and plant room access, we carry out the visit and leave a service sheet.
Are pool chemicals included in the visit price?
Routine balance chemicals such as dry acid, soda ash, and standard chlorine are charged separately based on the exact amounts used.
How often should outdoor pools be visited in summer?
During the main swimming months between May and September, a fortnightly visit keeps water parameters safe and algae at bay.
How Our Visits Work

On-Site Water Testing
We sample your pool water and measure free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness using an electronic photometer.

Debris Removal and Scrubbing
We skim floating organic matter, brush the walls and waterline to loosen scum, and vacuum the entire floor to waste or filter.

Plant Room Flow Check
We inspect circulation pressure, clean out the pump strainer basket, and backwash the sand or glass media until clear.

Chemical Balancing
We dose exact quantities of balancer and sanitiser directly, leaving you a simple written log of everything added.
